Thumb Area Divorce Kits Completed
LSEM has successfully completed final drafts of divorce kits, both with and without children, for each of the Thumb area counties. These kits have been sent to the County Clerks for review and comment, and should be ready for implementation in the next several months.
Family Law Advice Clinic Implemented
With the cooperation of the Saginaw County FOC, LSEM has implemented a Family Law Legal Advice clinic to assist clients with completion of the standard custody and child support modification packets. Plans are underway to implement a similar clinic for the Genesee County area.
