Recent Victories

LSEM has been successful in negotiating several agreements with a local FOC office involving stale child support claims. In these cases there were no payments or collection efforts made for many years. LSEM was able to have the suits dismissed as barred under the Statute of Limitations. In one case in particular, a client on limited Veteran's assistance, which would have been attachable, was saved from having a warrant issued and his driver's license suspended.
